HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:

1. You fill out our quote request form. This will tell us a little bit about what you're wanting so we can get pricing information to you.

2. If you approve the quote & agree to work with us, you'll pay a deposit to save your spot & we'll contact you to learn more about you. All of our services are centered around branding, meaning we want to find out exactly what you offer, why you stand out, the audience you work with, & what action you would like them to take. This lays a solid foundation for any content we produce. If you're unsure about some of this, we'll help you figure it out.

3. We'll send you a project plan. This is a flexible schedule to keep you in the know about when we plan to do each step of the process & when you can expect the final result.

4. Depending on the package you choose, we'll contact you for feedback after sending you a draft of the project once we finish the work. For web design & content creation services, one round of changes is complementary.

5. Once the project is complete, we'll send you the final invoice & transfer it to you!
